Automatic Knife Purchases – The purchase of automatic knives outside the State of Florida are restricted under Federal Law (15 USC §1241 – §1245). Sales of automatic knives outside the State of Florida are restricted to military, law enforcement, firefighters, and municipal emergency medical technicians. All users who purchase automatic knives will acknowledge they are purchasing the knife in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Law.
