Return Policy

Returns will be accepted within thirty (30) days of receiving order. Please submit a return request at returns@buccaneerknives.com prior to returning any items. Items returned without approval will not be accepted. Please allow up to three (3) days for returns to be processed. After your return is approved, we will contact you to arrange the return. 

All returned items must be in brand new and unused condition. Items must be returned with all the manufacturer’s  original packaging and paperwork. Items missing original packaging or found to be in used condition will be subject to additional fees. Returns will be processed once they are received less the return shipping fee. Original shipping fees will also not be refunded. If the wrong item is sent or an item is defective, shipping fees will be waived. Payment will be refunded in the form it was received.
